  3. Diagnosis: “Possible nursing diagnoses could include breathlessness, acute pain, and risk of cardiac complications.”
  4. Planning and Implementation: Identify and write two relevant care plan ex. Shortness of breath and Chest Pain. Validate the prescription chart and administer all required and due medications after checking legibility.
  5. Evaluation: “I would monitor the patient’s response to the interventions by checking vital signs frequently, reassessing pain levels, and watching for any signs of improvement or deterioration. And provide handover with all relevant and necessary interventions and plan of care”
  6. Communication and Empathy: “I would explain all procedures to the patient and reassure them throughout the process. I would also communicate with the patient’s family to keep them informed.”
  7. Safety and Ethical Considerations: “I would ensure that all safety protocols are followed, such as proper hand hygiene and equipment use, and respect the patient’s privacy and confidentiality.”
